Best buffet in Las Vegas for healthy option? Vegetarian or Vegan options?
Which buffet would give me the best selection of high quality, healthy food choices? Price is not an issue as much as quality and variety of food. I am trying to eat vegan but I’m sure it’s nearly impossible at a Vegas buffet! We are staying at Treasure Island so something nearby would be great. I’d be willing to go lacto-ovo for the weekend if it helps.

Well my wife is not a true vegan, though she leans that way. She likes fish and occasionally eats some beef or VERY thinnly sliced turkey.
But when she went w me to Vegas on one of my work trips she didnt have much trouble because everywhere we ate had sushi (CA rolls too not just the fish stuff) and salads and steamed veggie dishes as well as a lot of nice fresh fruit. I dont remember the specifics of what was where but she liked the Winn’s buffet and the Spice Market at what ws the Alladin, now Hard Rock maybe? They changed it but if you ask someone…
My fav place is a Sushi and Japanese buffet called Todai but if you dont do fish, shrimp or crab youll be pretty limited. They did have kimchi and seaweed stuff and some other options but still…
The main problem with a buffet if your a veggie is your paying for all the expensive stuff but eating the cheapest dishes on the line. Might be better off going to regular sit downs where you can just order specific dishes.
Good luck,
