Cancun Nightlife – Who’s been out at night in Cancun?
Saw all these awesome clubs in cancun! For example Daddy O, The City, Coco Bongo. What are the prices? Is there long lines and what is the cost??. I don’t want it to be like Las Vegas where only a “few” get in. I just want to go to the best nighclubs and want to be sure that I’ll get in. Let me know what I have to do to make sure I get in. I made a online reservation an the City nightclub but not sure how effective that is. Oh & should I get there early???

coco bongo the city are excellent. they have show and everything. prices depends on the show, they could be from 30-100 or more $$. there’s also the Iceberg,the bulldog. good luck
I live here 15 minutes from the Party Zone. It is insane there, be ready to be rocked.
The City is awesome, open bar for around 30 bucks
Coco Bongo, and Daddy O’ should be around the same price.
Just remember to dress according to the place.
Unfortunately the damage caused by the media in Mexico will make few people going there right now, so dont worry about getting in.

we walked the strip [party zone] and yes there’s lined up w/clubs. if you’re dressed for the part, the guys [promoters?] will come and approach you to go in their club. usually about $30 for a wrist bracelet that will give you unlim drinks. best thing you don’t have to wait in line. he’ll bring you right in! we went to daddy o, bulldog, coco bongo … all the same. not quite like vegas, but good enough for $30 + drinks. [not even cover charge in the hottest vegas clubs] if you’re young and looking to go buck wild – you’ll def have fun. i was kind of afraid for some of the girls that looked 15 … they were soooooo passed out on the dance floor and didn’t realize who was behind them, in front of them…. [sad].
