going to treasure island hotel las vegas with 3 teens 15 to 20 yrs old. can they join us at night in clubs?
worried that our teenagers will not be able to enjoy nightlife with us in las vegas due to laws. are they able to come with us but drink soft drinks.are there any casinos they are allowed into? we go in august but worried may have chosen wrong type of holiday for them as do not want to go out without them.

They can go to the casinos for a while, I guess, but they can’t gamble.
Night clubs prohibit people underage.
Clubs are 21 and over period. Casinos they have to keep moving and can not stop to even look around. However there are things for them to do.
Adventure Dome at Circus Circus
MGM lion habitat
Mandalay Bay Shark Reef
M&M World next to the MGM Grand
Stratosphere rides on top of the tower (not for small kids or weak hearts)
Animitronic shows at Caesars Forum Shops
Roller Coaster outside NYNY

Mac King Comedy Show at Harrahs
Lance Burton Magic Show at Monte Carlo
Many shows are kid friendly – check each show on this site for age restrictions.
You should read this site. It’s great for first timers and for kids visiting.
It depends where you go. They arent going to let them into the fancy nightclubs or the clubs. Why not go to the more family friendly restaurant/bars? Some of the more resturant-type places Im sure they could get into, but not actual “clubs”.
Theres every kind of place in Vegas. Just look around. You’ll find some places where you can have a drink at night with your kids at the table.
No Nightclub, Bar or Lounge in the State of Nevada will let them in even if they plan to drink water. They can walk through the casino floor but cannot stop. It’s simply the law.
There are lots of activites and attractions for teenagers in Las Vegas. Here is a good place to look.

NO they cannot enjoy the clubs or being in the bar areas or where there are slots or table games. Sorry but there are lots to do no involving gaming or drinking, e.g., shows like Mystere or Love or Phantom of the Opera or Jersey Boys or LeReve, magic shows, buffets, Sigfriend Roy’s Secret Garden, Adventure Dome Indoor Amusement Park, Shark Reef, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Game Works, Scream rollercoaster, 101 stories high on Stratosphere 3 scarey rides, NASCAR ride, etc. Check out TV Channel 8′s web http://www.lasvegasnow.com for all kinds of ideas.
I would recommend staying at Mandalay Bay that has a great pool and lazy river.
You definitely did not make a wise choice. The kids can not loiter in any of the casinos – the must stay on the marked pathways between gambling areas. They absolutely can not join you in the nightclubs under any circumstances.
