LAUGHLIN – Nevada residents may register to vote at the Laughlin Branch of the Las Vegas-Clark County Public Library on Wednesday, Aug. 4, Thursday, Aug. 19, and Wednesday, Sept. 1, all from 4-6 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 18, 10 a.m.-noon; or Thursday, Sept. 30, 4-6 p.m.
