Can you bring frozen shrimp from airport to Las Vegas?

Okay,one of my dads friend work at a casino in Las Vegas,well he came visit us In Louisiana,and when he leaves we are giving some good bye stuff,including some frozen shrimp(because we have alot!).But i want to make sure its allowed because i wouldnt want the man to get in trouble.So give advice.

Which Department in the Las Vegas Casinos do I contact to bring my street performing act for a weekend?

I wanted to add that am currently a Street Performer in Venice Beach Califrornia with 10 years experience in Street Performing. I have been to San Fransisco, Arizona, Colorado, New Zealand, Japan…but never Las Vegas. I just want to make sure I have a ducks in line before I come out.
