MGM Resorts reduces CityCenter liens
CityCenter developer MGM Resorts International said it has reduced the amount of mechanics’ liens by subcontractors who worked on the massive Strip project by almost $70 million or about 14 percent.

$8.5 Billion citycenter Opens on the Las Vegas Strip citycenter, the highly anticipated $8.5 billion resort development on the Las Vegas Strip, celebrated a series of opening events in December, culminating with Aria on Dec. 16. The 67-acre citycenter complex includes 6000 hotel rooms and 2400 residences among its six buildings.
