Ride Like A Las Vegas King in a Lamborghini Exotic Car Rental

Thousands of sites that come up with the list of the world’s top sports and exotic cars almost always come up with the makes by Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar, and BMW. And it is but completely understandable why these brands get on the list. Their cars, by far, are one of the meanest and toughest rides in the market. Furthermore, these are car models with style and substance. After all, who hasn’t turned their heads to a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren or a Lamborghini?

But the question is, why bother knowing the best cars when the common man can’t afford it. True, while these rides offer you the best, they’re price tags are certainly not the best for your bank accounts either. So most of us just shake our heads at our crazy dreams of driving a Pontiac or a Thunderbird down the glitzy Las Vegas strip. Then we move along in our day-to-day sedans and forget about living a high roller’s life for a day.

The thing is, the idea of driving a sports car or an exotic car is entirely possible. And here in Las Vegas, where “impossible” is a word that is hardly ever used, you can conquer the streets in your own exotic or sports car. Even if you can’t afford one, you can still always rent one. Sports car rentals and exotic car rentals in Las Vegas give you that option. You can take a pick from a diverse fleet of sports car rentals that can cater to preferences that range from sleek to wild.

Pulling up in the Gold Nugget or the Bellagio in a red-hot Ferrari will earn you glances and even a hot date. Or complement the upscale ambiance of the Venetian with your stylish and perfectly gleaming Jaguar. This is Las Vegas. Here, there is no such thing as too much. It is a fantasy existing in the real world. And it is here for you, for the taking.

You can never go wrong with making an entrance or an exit in your sports car rental. Yeah, sure, the experience is just temporary. But the memories of the thrill and the extravagance of it is something that you cannot forget.

And if choosing the right ride for you is such a chore (or a struggle) to do – so many cars, so less of a time. Most exotic and sports car rentals here in Las Vegas give you the chance to drive all of their models by allowing you to rent a different model each time.

Now you know you have an alternative to buying. You don’t have to throw away those sports car dreams. And because you now know, you no longer have an excuse to procrastinate about getting yourself a ride on the charmed side of life. You no longer have an excuse to not enjoy and have fun. Come to Vegas, and fulfill those dreams of being a king (or a queen) for a day or two.

Exotic Car Rentals in Las Vegas

Las Vegas has one of the largest car rental industry in the United States and the car choices are absolutely limitless. Exotic car rentals in Las Vegas have wide selections of limousines, opulent sedans and SUVs that you can choose from. But luxury cars are not the only ones that can be had in this city, there are also classic car rentals in Vegas.

What are classic car rentals? Classic car rentals are establishments that leases tribute versions of vintage cars and even high-end authentic ones. Just imagine rolling down the Las Vegas Strip on a Rolls Royce or vintage Corvettes and pull over the driveways of the city’s magnificent hotels and casinos.

Many people flock to Vegas, being drawn in by the glamor and extravagance that has become synonymous to the city itself. The first thing that comes to mind whenever Vegas is mentioned, is the the colossal hotels that houses thousands of lavish rooms and equally vast and deluxe gambling halls that have brought Las Vegas the fame and popularity that it has been basking in for years.

And what would be more sensational than cruising around in one of the limousines you can conveniently lease from any of the several exotic car rentals in Las Vegas. Then of course, there are a great number of noteworthy events and highly-esteemed shows that can only be witnessed in this magnificent city. These shows have become one of the greatest factors that attracts non-gambling tourists, who crowds the Last Vegas Strip whole year round. And what can be more amazing than driving a vintage car leased from the classic car rentals in Las Vegas to make a stunning appearance in a wedding celebration or a special gala affair.

Vegas is one of the cities that thrive in the influx of extravagant people, thus, it has earned the title of being the Entertainment Capital of the World. It is no wonder that events of all sorts happen with an absolute frequency that continually lures people of any race and disposition. The city is a refuge for people who want to have a taste of the finer things, no matter how temporary or short-lived it may be.

You can have a one-day glamorous stint by getting a room in one of the hotels in the strip and then booking a deluxe ride from one of the numerous exotic car rentals in Vegas for an intimate tour of the city. But if you’re one to prefer renting something along the lines of an authentic 1955 Ford Thunderbird for driving to the surrounding rugged outdoors of Nevada, then you should get busy looking for your desired vintage ride in one of the classic car rentals. Las Vegas is a place where the real and the dream world meet.

Exotic Sports Rental Car in Vegas Makes a Day in Las Vegas Classic

Once I knew I was going to visit Las Vegas, I decided to do it in style and started searching for a classic car rental agency in vegas. What I found was more exotic rental car companies in vegas than I could dream of. They had everything; classic cars, exotic sports cars, even custom choppers! Believe me, this is the classic car lover’s dream car rental company in Las Vegas.

It took me a while, but I finally settled on a classic 1954 corvette. This is the ultimate vette so far as I am concerned and taking that elegant sports classic down the Las Vegas strip was very exciting. Passing all those high end casinos and restaurants, knowing I was turning heads in my sleek, classic sports rental car, had me feeling like I belonged there.

From one Classic Car Rental Rental Shop to another I drove East on Flamingo to Las Vegas Blvd where I visited the Auto Collections at the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino. Arriving in my classic rental car set the mood for me. I was really looking forward to viewing some rare classic vehicles and I wasn’t disappointed!

This place had the ultimate classic car showroom!

There were at least a couple hundred cars there. Some of the most exotic and famous classics, like Johnny Carson’s 1939 Chrysler, were on public view. In the grand salon I saw classic Ferraris, Cadillacs and even a sports classic Bently that would accelerate the heart rate of any classic sports car fan.

If you love exotic classic cars and ever visit Las Vegas I suggest you make a point of touring the Auto Collections. The companies are open daily and the general tour only takes about a half hour.

Of course that didn’t compare to driving a classic through the strip in Las Vegas. After feasting my eyes on all those classic cars, I drove my own sports car rental to the Koi Vegas restaurant located on the center strip. It was a real pleasure to see the eyes of the valet when he realized he had a couple minutes behind the wheel of my classic car rental. The meal was a pleasure too.

Then I was back on the strip in my sporty vette, headed into a night of entertainment and games at the Las Vegas Hilton.

When I finally fell into bed that first night I was looking forward to continuing my tour in my sleek, sporty, classic rental car.

Ride the American Way in an Exotic 1932 Ford Roadster Rental Car in Las Vegas, Nevada

Hot-rodding is a popular American culture. The phenomenon was first covered by magazines. Glossy print names such as The Rodders Journal, Hot Rod Magazine, Street Rodder, Popular Hot Rodding, and Rod and Custom Magazine are just a few of the magazines that feature this staple activity in the American life.

In addition to print, hot-rodding likewise gained mileage in the visual wing of the media. Discovery Channel featured a lot of hot-rod documentaries such as Monster Garage, American Hot Rod, and Overhauling. And television shows such as My Classic Car and Horsepower TV also had dedicated episodes on topics about hot-rodding.

Tom Wolfe wrote about it in his book “The Kandy-Kolored Tangerine-Flake Streamline Baby.” Even the Beach Boys sang about it in “My Little Deuce Coupe.”

Hot-rodding mostly began in the 1930′s in Southern California where people started modifying light cars with big engines and started racing them on the vast and empty lake beds northeast of Los Angeles. The original hot rods were old cars that were reduced to weigh less and improve aerodynamics. After World War II, many small airports were abandoned in the country. In effect, these venues allowed hot rodders to race on marked courses. World War II also helped the hobby’s popularity especially in California where a lot of returning soldiers had been given technical training in the service to modify such cars.

At the heart of it all, the 1932 Ford Roadster was the car that every hot-rodder wanted. It was the car that changed the automobile industry forever. It was simple, lean and it had a coveted handsome body. It also had a very affordable engine, the V8, which rewarded the 1932 Ford Roadster with the reputation as the perfect car for a nation that was obsessed with speed.

But then just like like everything else, hot-rodding’s popularity started to wane. Car shows and drag racing divided the hot-rodding community. Then Detroit released muscle cars like the Plymouth Roadrunner and the Pontiac GTO. With these muscle cars, there was longer any need to put a Cadillac engine in a Ford Roadster. The Pontiac GTO could outperform any hot rod and it offered more passenger space. There was no longer any need to spend time to build and tune the car by oneself. The muscle cars had it all.

But today, the hot rod culture lives on. And in January 2007, hod rod culture even celebrated its 75th anniversary by releasing The 75 Most Influential “1932 Ford Hot Rods”. The list was commissioned by Ford where a panel of hot rod experts reviewed some four hundred seventy-four worthy cars and whittle it down to seventy-five cars.

So if you are interested to be part of the hot rod culture, I advise you to first try renting the car in one of Las Vegas car rentals. By renting it you would have a sample of experiencing the car, not just in some nostalgic showroom, but on the gravel itself. If you don’t like it, you won’t have any regrets because you can return it after renting. But if you like it (which I’m pretty much sure you will), then well and good.

Come visit the websites of these exotic car rentals in Las Vegas. These websites already offer car models, prices, rental polices, special offers and reservations. Live out and be a part of the American Way in an exotic rental such as the 1932 Ford Roadster. This is the American Way as you know it, discover it first hand here in Las Vegas.

One of the available cars that can be rented in Las Vegas car rentals is the 1952 Jaguar XK120.The Jaguar XK120 came out as one of the fastest standard production car. This vehicle runs at an impressive 120 mph or 193 km/h and even faster if the windscreen was removed.

Jaguar Cars Limited, the creators of the Jaguar XK120 is a luxury car manufacturer that is based on Coventry, England. It was founded in 1922 in Blackpool and was named as the Swallow Sidecar Company by two motorcycle enthusiasts, William Walmsley and William Lyons. In 1934 it changes its name to SS Cars Ltd in Coventry. The first time the SS Jaguar name first came out was on the 2.5 liter saloon in 1935. Then due to the lack of popularity of the SS from WWII, it was dropped in 1945 and became Jaguar Cars Ltd.

Throughout its history, the Jaguar passed through a series of ownership changes. In 1966 it merged with British Motor Corporation and the Austin-Morris to form British Motor Holdings. In 1968 it again merged with Leyland and became British Leyland Motor Corporation. In 1975 it became British Leyland Ltd.

And in 1984 it became a separate company on the stock market. Then it was purchased by Ford Motor Company in September 1989. And just recently on June 2 2008 Tata Motors of India bought the Jaguar from Ford Motor Company.

The 1952 Jaguar XK120 was a sports car manufactured between 1948 and 1954. It succeeded the SS 100 which ended its production after the start of World Wad II. It was launched at the 1948 London Motor Show as a test bed vehicle to highlight the new Jaguar XK engine. But the car became such a sensation that William Lyons was persuaded to put it into production as a standard model.

The first cars that were manufactured had hand built aluminum bodies on an ash frame. Its famous engine was the XK engine which had dual overhead cam 3.4 L straight-6 engine. The XK120 was available as a coupe, convertible, or an original roadster.

In January 1954, the XK120 coupe won the first 24 hour race held in Australia. In June 1954 a XK120 FHC won the first import win in NASCAR’s first road race at Linden Airport New Jersey. In 1949 a publication called The Motor Magazine recorded an OTS roadster having a top speed of 124.6 mph and could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 10.0 seconds.
