The Emerald Suites Las Vegas – Non Gaming Options

The Emerald Suites Las Vegas offers two locations in the tourist capital of the world (one on Las Vegas Boulevard, otherwise known as the Strip, and one about one mile west of the Strip on Cameron) both of which offer some of the best non-gaming amenities in the city at some of lowest and most affordable prices available. While gambling, sports betting, and slot machines are the biggest reason that Las Vegas draws so many visitors; it is not the only reason.

Many tourists travel to the city for its vast reservoir of entertainment options which include performances from some of the most successful singers and performers in the world, elaborate magic shows, dramatic reenactments involving pirate battles and erupting volcanoes, light and laser shows, and historic museums and art galleries. Other non gaming options include nature hikes, off road trails, five star restaurants, and world famous spa facilities. Given all these options that are not related to gambling or betting, the Emerald Suites is a great option for the family looking to avoid the casinos.

The legalization of gambling greatly increased the number of tourists who visit the city of Las Vegas thereby putting the small desert town on the national map. However, especially over the last decade, the city has tried to bill itself as not only a casino town, but as a family vacation destination. They have done this by advertising the many other non gaming amenities that have been listed above. All of these amenities have indeed created a flow of tourism that is unrelated to the bright lights and twenty-four life style of the casino floor. This has, in turn, created a niche for the Emerald Suites Las Vegas facilities which offer a more family centered atmosphere for those visitors who wish to avoid the casino floor.

Both locations offer dramatic pool areas complete with cabanas, palm trees, rocky island fountains, outdoor dining areas, and pleasant attendants on duty during operating hours. They also offer free continental breakfasts complete with cereals, omelets, fresh fruit, and fresh baked pastries and breads. The rooms and suites are spacious with various options depending on your needs including in room refrigeration, work area with a dedicated phone line, high speed internet access, big screen television complete with cable stations, pay channels, and video on demand options, and independent control of climactic features. The south location even offers amenities for your family pets which include a space for the animal to sleep, a free present on check in, and daytime sitting services.

All of these features and amenities are offered to every customer at some of the lowest prices in the city. Group rates are available as are extended stay options and vacation package deals which include discounts to many of the non gaming entertainment options in the city. Discounts are also available for frequent visitors, the elderly, and veterans. Handicap facilities are also available on a first come first serve basis.

With a price point that makes a family vacation possible, a vast assortment of living options, and a stable list of available amenities the Emerald Suites Las Vegas is the perfect place for a family who is looking to avoid the casino floors.
