I read online that some people have recieved free spa passes just by asking for them. Has anyone ever done this?

Can you check into your room at McCarron Airport in Las Vegas for Caesars Palace?

I am flying to Las Vegas from New York next weekend and I heard that you can get your room for Caesars Palace at the airport? Does anyone know if there is a fee for this? Where in the airport it is located? I also heard that the reservation lines at Caesars are quite long. Any info on this would be apreciated. Thanks!!!!!
