Place to stay right by Las Vegas airport?
I’m arriving at Las Vegas airport at about midnight, during the week. Can anyone recommend a place to stay just for that night, as close as possible to the airport? I have one of the luxury strip hotels booked for the rest of my stay but I don’t want to waste $2-300 on a hotel when I’ll just be whacked after a long flight – or end up in an off-strip flea pit.

But, there are some great deals available for Las Vegas Real Estate, if you work with the right realtor, understand fundamental issues including supply and demand and grasp how neighborhood selection impacts your Las Vegas Real Estate Search.
Be aware, selecting the right neighborhood or community location can significantly impact the value of your home; even in real estate markets that are experiencing a downturn, you may find that home prices in select neighborhoods with good schools, access to shopping centers and other amenities are outperforming similar priced homes in neighborhoods that do not share this same list of amenities and resources.
Whether you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned investor, that is taking a hard look at Las Vegas Real Estate you want to carefully analyze exactly where you are buying. Take a very hard look at the neighborhood or community where you are purchasing and assess such critical issues as neighborhood school proximity and caliber of schools, distance to financial centers and/or other community amenities, including shopping centers, freeway access, police and fire services and entertainment venues.

Don’t overlook on of the most critical issues impacting Las Vega Home Real Estate values: supply and demand! You want to select a home in a neighborhood that does not have a huge inventory of newly built homes, or are scheduled to be built in the near term. During the recent boom in real estate, houses were quickly purchased by speculators who wanted to make an immediate short term return on their Las Vegas Real Estate investment. These Las Vegas Home Real Estate “overbuilt” areas are not where you want to purchase a home, as there will be large supply of homes, which will impact the value of these communities immediately and possibly for a long time.
To summarize, if you are doing a Las Vegas Real Estate Search you want to find a stable community that has not been overbuilt, with an inventory of Las Vegas Home Real Estate that is varied in price, is an established community (not brand new), close to business and retail centers and has good schools in proximity. This type of Las Vegas Home Real Estate presents a much better environment to live or invest in and should appreciate in value moving forward.
