what is open on xmas day in las vegas? restaurants, cinemas?
in the uk most things are closed on xmas day, however i have been told the states are different. we are in vegas over xmas and i was wondering if anyone knew what hotel restaurants or cinemas would be open. many thanks

Every casino, hotel, and restaurant is open in Vegas every day, every minute of the year including Christmas. Actually Christmas day is very busy for Las Vegas. The entire strip is open including all the stores in the hotels and shopping areas.
Everything is open on the strip in Vegas. All hotels, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and stores. It is a very busy and crowded day here on Xmas. Off the strip most grocery stores are even open for most of the day. Not like anywhere else.
