The best is the Tuscany and the Palms. Though they are better if you live here and they treat the locals with lots of gifts and rewards. For a visitor just remember to sign up for one card and only play at places that accept that card. You want to keep all the money you spend together to get the best rewards possible. It’s ok to sign up for all of them but only use one. In this case it’s better not to spread out your spending.
What we look for >A hotel/casino that we like, with the game(s) we like to play at a denomination we are comfortable with, and they must treat us well for our play(comps)
Comps – There are several types of comp
Earned = You cash in the point you earn for cash, buffets, restaurants, etc
Discretionary = Your host will “rate” your play and comp you accordingly
Marketing = Future room(package) offers(comped or casino rate)
How to play the comp game
“Comp City” – Max Rubin
“The Frugal Gambler” – Jean Scott
To be successful you need to know

#4 – How to manage your bankroll
“Generally” speaking the locals casinos comp the best, and have the best gaming, followed by the downtown(Fremont St) casinos, the strip hotel/casinos are the toughest and require far more play to get noticed, and in general, the strip casinos offer the worst gaming.
I suggest signing up for individual accounts. Ask for several cards. You can both play on one account, that way your points add up quicker, which looks better to your host & marketing(generally)**…Only have one of you sign up unless they are offering a sign up bonus…
**At Coast casinos(Orleans, Gold Coast, Sam’s Town, etc) I suggest playing on separate accounts if you’re a low roller, they will still offer you the casino rate(or better), and by playing on two accounts, you double the offer…
I use total rewards. That includes Harrah’s, Bally’s, Flamingo, Caesar, Paris, Imperial and Rio. Very happy.
The Wynn has sent me offers in the mail for two free nights. I played dollar slots and in the poker room.
The Paris has also sent me free room offers in the mail even though I did not play very much there.
I personally have about 10 cards but here are the 4 must have cards.
1) MGM Mirage Players Club

4) Wild Card

Having these four cards covers about 30 hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. I am not a high roller but I have enjoyed lots of freebies over the years.

Total Rewards is great.
I was gambling 100$ ( only a few times) chips one night at the Flamingo, and ever since I have been getting free room and show offers in the mail.
